Rating : - Halfway functions If I was planning to use this to bring my ps2 saves to my ps3 then it does exactly what it says it does. Unfortunately it has an error and creates corrupted data when I want to bring that save data back to my memory card for use on the ps2. I only have sony brand 8mb cards so I'm confused why I was experiencing this.
I decided to copy my saves to a USB stick and try to use the PC application to move my saves back to the memory card. Not only could I not copy my saves to the memory card, the PC application flat out refused to open my memory card (fully functional card and plays fine in my ps2). In a fully up-to-date Windows 7 machine (with or without compatibility settings) this software crashed, hung, created blank files and threw error messages at me until I got sick of it and quit trying. I'll try it in Windows Vista and XP but I'm pretty sure it will be the same result.
If you just want to bring your saves to your PS3 and have no intention of playing on your PS2 again, then this product does the job. If you are like me and want to go between the two, then you're out of luck. And of course the included PC software is totally useless so if you want to back it up to a PC, it wont do that either.
